The brief was to take this awkward sloping garden and create a level, interesting, low maintenance garden suitable for a young family.
Over 18 tonnes of top soil was removed to create the level base for the garden before any construction could begin. A new wall was built to hide the structural poles to support the neighbour's garden allowing for new raised beds, feature planting and overhanding plants to soften the wood. A large natural stone patio in buff brown was laid from the house along to the garage link the areas together and give a large BBQ/entertaining area. Pebble borders were created to help with drainage and break up the expanse of patio.
A selection of low maintenance plants were chosen to give interest throughout the year and an artificial lawn was installed onto a solid hard core base giving a perfect low maintenance lawn for all year round use.
Thank you so much Martin, the garden looks amazing.
Sam has been really impressed from start to finish and you and the lads did a fantastic job - and I hate to admit it but you were definitely right about the flower beds, any smaller and they would not of looked so good.
Thanks again and we will happily recommend you to anyone that needs a great job doing.
Kind regards Dave A
